This website is jointly controlled by eco.business Fund S.A., SICAV-SIF (public limited liability company (société anonyme) qualifying as an investment company with variable capital (société d'investissement à capital variable) – specialised investment fund (fond d'investissement spécialisé), 31 Z.A. Bourmicht, L-8070 Bertrange, Grand-Duchy of Luxembourg (the "Fund") and Finance in Motion GmbH, Carl-von-Noorden-Platz 5, D-60596 Frankfurt am Main / Germany (“FiM”). FiM acts as the Fund’s representative with regard to all functions. The Fund and FiM together are also referred to as “we”.

2. Personal information you choose to provide

The eco.business Fund web site allows you to provide your personal information through various contact facilities of this website. For instance, you may send an e-mail to the eco.business Fund or call them and thus provide your contact information. If you do so, we will use the personal data you chose to provide only to answer your queries and for related operational and administrative purposes. We limit this processing to the extent required to perform our contractual obligations vis-à-vis you or to prepare such a contract at your request. This information will not be transferred to third parties without your permission, except as required under a legal obligation such as to comply with finance regulations. We retain such data for the duration of your contractual relationship with us plus the retention times required to meet our regulatory requirements and substantiate or defend against potential claims.

3. Newsletters and E-Mail Services

If you sign up for a newsletter such as our e-mail notification service for new blog posts, we would be grateful if you provided us with your name and that of your company so that we can address you in a professional manner. These details are however optional – you may use pseudonyms and we will then address you using the chosen pseudonym. We do need a working e-mail address to send you the requested newsletter or e-mail service, so we use a double opt-in process to ensure that your e-mail address is valid and that you actually wish to subscribe. We will use your personal data as described in the consent and in particular to send you the subscribed to newsletter or e-mail notifications. We will not pass on your personal data to third parties and will stop our processing for the consented purposes once you withdraw your consent. You may withdraw your consent at any time, e.g. by following the unsubscribe instructions that are included in each newsletter or e-mail notification.

This website uses cookies. A cookie is a small text file that is copied to your browser by a web server. We use Google Maps on our contacts page [https://www.ecobusiness.fund/contact-us/] to display an interactive map and facilitate your navigating to our offices. Google Maps is a map service operated by Google Inc. (Google). If you open the contact page that contains Google Maps, your browser establishes a direct connection with Google's servers in the USA and transmits your IP address. The map content is delivered by Google directly to your browser and integrated by your browser into the website. We have no influence on the amount of data collected by Google in this way, it is subject to Google privacy notice at www.google.com. We use Google Maps on our contacts page based on our legitimate interest to present our office locations in an easily usable way. If you object to Google’s processing of your IP address on our website, you can disable JavaScript in your browser. In this case, you will not be able to use the interactive map.

We do not process business critical or sensitive information using this website; it contains public information only.
